We process your data on the basis of contract performance, legitimate interests, and your consent for optional communications.
We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers who help us operate ONIKAH, including Stripe, Cloudflare, and email providers. All processors are bound by GDPR-compliant agreements.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us at hello@onikah.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for up to 12 months after deletion, unless a longer period is required by law.
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies without your explicit consent.

By accessing or using ONIKAH at onikah.ai or app.onikah.ai, you agree to these Terms of Use. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Van Throo Technologies BV.
ONIKAH is a guided pre-build planning wizard that helps you structure your thinking before using AI builders. It generates Build Briefs and Prompt Packs based on your inputs. ONIKAH does not build software on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account or exceed your tier's permitted usage. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
You may not use ONIKAH to violate any applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, submit harmful content, reverse-engineer the service, or resell access without written permission.
You retain ownership of your inputs and the outputs generated from them. We do not use your inputs to train AI models without your explicit consent.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Pricing may change with 30 days notice.
ONIKAH is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, Van Throo Technologies BV's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
The ONIKAH name, brand, wizard logic, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of Van Throo Technologies BV. You may not use our branding without written permission.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be submitted to the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
We may update these terms and will notify you by email and in the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
