We collect as little as possible. Here is exactly what happens when you use ONIKAH:
We use three services that may receive limited data:
We do not sell data. We do not share data with advertisers. We do not use your inputs to train AI models.
We are based in Belgium and operate under GDPR. We process data on the basis of legitimate interests (operating the service), contract performance (delivering your Build Brief by email when requested), and legal obligation where applicable.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Since we store almost nothing, there is very little to act on — but if you want to confirm what we hold or request deletion, email hello@onikah.ai and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority at dataprotectionauthority.be.
We do not use tracking cookies. We use browser local storage to save your wizard progress between sessions. You can clear this at any time by clearing your browser data. We use a strictly necessary session cookie for access management only.
Email addresses collected for waitlist or Build Brief delivery are not retained after the email is sent. Anonymous session IDs and access level data in Cloudflare KV are retained for up to 12 months. Feedback submissions are retained for up to 24 months to help us improve the product.
If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. We will not retroactively change how we handle data already collected.
By accessing or using ONIKAH at onikah.ai or app.onikah.ai, you agree to these Terms of Use. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Van Throo Technologies BV.
ONIKAH is a guided pre-build planning wizard that helps you structure your thinking before using AI builders. It generates Build Briefs and Prompt Packs based on your inputs. ONIKAH does not build software on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account or exceed your tier's permitted usage. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
You may not use ONIKAH to violate any applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, submit harmful content, reverse-engineer the service, or resell access without written permission.
You retain ownership of your inputs and the outputs generated from them. We do not use your inputs to train AI models without your explicit consent.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Pricing may change with 30 days notice.
ONIKAH is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, Van Throo Technologies BV's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
The ONIKAH name, brand, wizard logic, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of Van Throo Technologies BV. You may not use our branding without written permission.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be submitted to the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
We may update these terms and will notify you by email and in the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
